Our Story

Born of an expedition.

Coperaco was founded by Johan Pesenti — a coffee man whose work has shaped programs for some of New York's most celebrated tables. The house encapsulates the artistry found in every step of the coffee-making process, from sourcing the finest beans to the meticulous roast.
