If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact us via the information below for an exchange. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many units you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will reply to the email with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Note that you only have 10 calendar days from the date you received the product to return it. Once we receive your return product we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any order can be cancelled and refunded within 10 days if you are unsatisfied with the product. Simply reach out to email@example.com and we'll be happy to assist.
