Alis Filter Coffee

A blend composed for clarity rather than force. Where our espresso is built for depth, Alis is built for the slow reveal of a good filter — bright, aromatic and quietly layered. It opens with floral aromatics and a full, even body, then settles into a lift of red fruit that grows sweeter as the cup cools. We blend it to be forgiving across methods, so it rewards a careful pour-over just as readily as a weekday batch brew or an automatic drip. This is the coffee we reach for first in the morning, and the one we hand to anyone learning to taste the difference a well-made blend can make. Brew at a ratio of 1:16, just off the boil.
